🔧 Sending in Collars for Repair

If you need to send a Quick Track collar in for repair, please follow these steps to ensure timely service:

  1. Package the collar securely.

  2. Include a note inside the package with:

    • Your full name

    • Return mailing address

    • Phone number or email

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Ship the package to the mailing address listed above.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
